i am highly amused at iphone games that are comic-book stylized, which is why i found wonder pants utterly charming.



imagine donning a superhero outfit to exact the most noblest of causes - rescuing kitty cats from high places! the cat finds itself in all these predicaments: meowing on a fence, hanging on to a balloon in mid-air, hanging onto a balloon high up amongst a skyscraper's scaffolding or stuck on a bamboo branch in the heart of a jungle.

you use your finger to control how much jump the caped cat crusader darrell would have or if his parachute is timed to open to get at the cat. there's also bouncy trampolines!



and best of all, how smile-inducing is this image when you rescue the cat?



i'm only on the first few levels. i haven't gotten to the part where the caped crusader get his grappling hooks on. strangely enough, i find myself humming the theme to the 60s batman show whenever i complete a level and the splash page appears.
